Dr. Kutner obtained his Medical Doctorate (M.D.) from Thomas Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. Prior to that he earned a Bachelors in Science (B.Sc) in Biology from Temple University. Dr. Kutner completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. His interests within Cardiovascular medicine include Preventative Cardiology, Lipidology, Cardiac Imaging, and Electrophysiology.
